Oh joy, the "bombings" (illegal fireworks) have begun again tonight...

Replying to
@stefan@gardenstate.social considering finally making the move to gardenstate.social (only avoided in the past because I don't really have the time for extra effort of moving).
Anyway, I am considering moving bc the server I am on is outright blocking the Meta instance, which I don't think should be done preemptively (until we see that there are legit reasons to do so). Do you plan to block their instance outright?
Thanks
Heavy rain & thunderstorms all day, and now, when I could use it to wash out all these loud illegal fireworks, nothing.
Why have you forsaken us Mother Nature?!?

"Most white people (60%) and Asian people (58%) approve of the Supreme Court's decision to limit the use of race in college admissions"
How is 60% & 58% most? It is a small majority, far from most.
I expect better from a major new source like ABC.

Why is the new Indiana Jones not a box office success?
Because people haven't forgotten Crystal Skull... no matter how hard they try...
Also, maybe don't spend 300 Million Dollars to make a movie. Then 130 Million Global Opening wouldn't be considered a failure.
