In Oregon, we’ve done mail-in voting for as long as I can remember, so our homes are the polling stations. In 2020, my mom was asking me about a candidate who was very far right. Before I could answer, the dog walked past her and knocked the ballot out of her hand.

I told her to listen to the dog 🤣

@psistarpsiii@tacobelllabs.net I’ve been having the oddest PB&J sandwiches lately. We’ve gotten a hold of rose petal jelly from a local farmers market, and I’ve been having it on sourdough bread. Having restricted myself to grape jelly for a long time due to sensory issues, I am quite surprised how good a “peanut butter and roses sandwich” is. The thing about rose jelly is there’s a certain way to make it. Make it wrong and it just tastes like sugar jelly with flower salad.

Arbitrary words are being filtered out because of potential sexual or abusive definitions they could have in highly specific contexts. Therefore, you can’t use the word at all. I’ve tried to use the terms “beam pipe” (part of a particle accelerator) or daffodil (a flower) and the game censors it as if I’m referring to genitals or an anti-LGBTQ slur.
