Reasonable headmate: "We should have [p], [t] and [k] cause they're common plosives and will add a bit more naturalism to the language."
Chaos headmates: "We should get rid of all the plosives aside from the glottal stop which should be added!"
i'm on the side of the chaos headmates ^w^
tbh, sometimes plurality is really frustrating. like, sometimes people get certain expectations of you based upon what headmates are like and of you stray too far away from that, it feels like people get really annoyed with you. they want to treat you as a shared identity related to the body and not like, you.
omg, cis men can be into tgirls and not be weird about it???
i'd be happier if i was a squirrel in the cemetery
Listening to Bird Brain covers is fun cause they have to act out flubbing up the timing and words x3
Been kinda detached from our headspace ever since our flashback. Well, before that honestly. One of our subsystems just struggles with it more than others. But it means I've been interacting with plurality the way we used to interact with it, the ways we always interacted with it. And now it feels like...how did we not know? How did we doubt ourselves? Even without the same ease of system interaction, bits still get through: corrections and affirmations and comments not my own.
it's funny, i feel like i desperately need help and there's no one in our life to provide it when we live with our parents still and they're supposed to be people who can help but we're so scared of them we could never ask. all i want is a burrito. if we ask for help getting a burrito that could trigger all sorts of questions, some of which could lead to them yelling at and shaming me, so i just lay in bed feeling empty, of both happiness and of food.
how many affricates can i add before it's too many affricates for a moderately but not strictly naturalistic conlang? do we care? i mean we don't *have* to make this lean more naturalistic. it's a personal language so as long as it feels fine to speak for us...
