@luap42 @tzwenn @c3cat Some9ne mentioned the MultiBuild link above, I essentially manually set that up in my slicer - use a layer height that cleanly allows you to set up a gap of exactly one layer between each pair of cat ears, enable top surface ironing to make objects split apart easier after printing.
I successfully made my Bambu P1S print a stack of 20 pairs in one go in PETG.
This should work reasonably well with a well-leveled bed and somewhat dry filament.
