ABOUT MY PAGE
Just a perverted otaku furry lolicon on the internet who derives immense joy from nerd shit. I hope to share that joy with you!
I post a lot of my art these days, but this is still also my personal account. Shitposts, random anecdotes, and complaints about daily life abound! If you're not into that, you can follow my art tag #lyricdraws and not my page!
I draw/boost both furries and humans, boys and girls, kodos and adults, and everything in-between and outside those parameters (robots, monsters, ferals, ponies, Pokemon, whatever I feel like really) so if you really only want to see one kind of character forever, I may not be the artist you want to follow
Or just bear in mind that not *everything* I post/boost will be your taste, and stick around to see what you might like!
ANTI-HARASSMENT POLICY
I have a brief DNI in my extra fields. I believe in blocking quietly and moving on, and I don't start drama, vaguepost or in any way publicly announce when I block someone; I'd appreciate being shown the same decency!

I try to CW things very carefully. I boost posts from instances that don't enforce CWs, but only posts aren't too far outside of my usual content so it isn't shocking. BEWARE THE KODOS!!
BDSM Roles :riding_whip::
Switch (dom leaning). Into many different types of BDSM! (Now and then my posts ARE about IRL stuff!)
Kinks :collar_leash::
Basically anything until proven otherwise. Ask me privately if you need to know if I do or don't like something! (Such as for commissions or etc)

I might move to Baraag, but I'm torn because it only allows artists to join, and spaces with only artists (not people who mostly like commissioning art) can be really damaging to the growth of artists. And I'd also feel really bad leaving a lot of people here behind simply because they're not artists- this includes many of my longtime mutuals and loyal repeat clients.
I could go to Bluesky, but I really really don't want to because I wouldn't be able to post all of my art freely, as I could here.
Again, I don't know where I'm going. And honestly deep down I'm still hoping this decision will be reversed.
But I hope everyone knows that 30 days is a lot of time for us to plan where we're all going to go and try to organize with mutuals to stay in touch.
We're all very very upset right now - understandably so.
We do not have to make all of these decisions right away.Take a moment to breathe. Let yourself feel and grieve. And figure out your next steps, only when you're in the right place to do so.
So...
That was fun. It was just for a little while, but I'm glad we all got to have fun together. And I hope it can continue on another site.
What instances/other sites do you guys plan on moving to?
I heard you can't migrate from mastodon instances to misskey instances so :(
Please please please follow me on @Lyric@freaksonly.space if you haven't already. I'm gonna miss all of you if you don't!!!
I'm on Freaksonly now - this is where I'm going to be posting my art and other content from now on. I haven't posted anything there yet or finished my bio, but I have time. Firstly, I'd like to get all of my followers situated on my new account!
Hoping my transition to freaksonly will be smooth- will let everyone know what my username is when I join!!
Yeah as soon as I can I'm gonna migrate- it seems a lot of people are getting errors trying to migrate rn due to the high volume, but when I can I will because I don't want to risk any of my followers getting lost!! And then we can start fresh and go on a new journey together.
To see my new posts before then just follow @Lyric@freaksonly.space
I think I may migrate my account, if possible, just so I can keep all the follows I got here and nobody is lost
YALL I HAVE GOOD NEWS
I just read the TOS for https://freaksonly.space/ and it's really similar to Aethy including allowing lolisho as long as it's not hyper-realistic!!
I'll be moving there soon. I'll keep everyone updated when I make an account.
Considering one of the best things about Aethy is - obviously - the people on it, here's a list of group chats I'm currently a part of that contain a lot of people on Aethy and were started by Aethy users
The DokiDokiDaki discord, where of course we can still talk about things other than dakis (lol) is the largest collection of Aethy users on discord that I, personally, know of - https://discord.gg/VYKVMnsXYp is the link but bear in mind that here we have to be a bit careful about discussing lolisho.
The "Fictional Character Appreciation Chamber" is a Matrix server for selfshippers/yumes/fictosexuals/etc that I started myself way back around the time I joined Aethy, and the most active chat out of this list currently although it is not the largest in terms of members. Due to it being on Matrix we can talk freely about any dead dove topics. If you want to join it please DM me your Matrix username so I can add you!
Finally, @mayoi@aethy.com is working on another Matrix chat that is open to everyone willing to follow the rules, and again we can talk about all dead dove topics here freely. Hana created this chat specifically as a way to keep in touch with Aethy mutuals in a post-Aethy society.
If you want to be added to that when it's done, you can contact either of us.
Remember that Aethy's best quality was its community, and it doesn't have to be lost. The people who use it are still out there, and the bonds we forge still exist. Let's get organized!
I don't know where I'm going to go after this. I'm just in shock. This is the only space we had. It's been so important for so many people to provide community and a save haven from harassment. The only place we can truly be ourselves.
I don't know where I'm going after this. I can't even think rn. I'm so upset.
This is so upsetting. I don't even know what to say or think
