@rbreich@masto.ai as a computer guy, I think data centers are based, when done responsibly, and not this fucking stupid speculative AI overbuild by the lower bidder.

@rbreich@masto.ai We have to make it so. Boycott the money streams funding this crap : if you have valid information on where NOT to put money, share it with the world. If these sinister players don't have resources, they can't keep it up forever - if taxes fund it, then we have separate issues, however there can be a way forward if we share ideas and best practices with everyone 🤞
