Americas founding included strong opposition to corporations because theft and power.
Madison and Jefferson's said corporations are psuedo governments stealing, hiding money and grow to threaten democracy and country.
How right they were. Time for a rethink.
Maybe based on size. Income above a set $ of transactions, you get public appointments on Board of Directors, or the company splits in four. Or ten.
Larger the enterprise the more publc elected board members.
End monopolies.
