Open post kkarhan @kkarhan@jorts.horse · 5mo ago Replying to @libreleah@mas.to this is *not* a trivial project. i've already found many linuxisms in the libreboot build system. but more than that: libreboot heavily relies on GNU tooling in its build process. think gcc, binutils, autoconf and so on. openbsd has GNU tooling in base, but much older tooling for certain parts of base. these are not to be used. when you install e.g. gcc from ports, you get e.g. /usr/local/bin/gcc-VERSION. i will have to handle this in lbmk. doing so reliably, and automatically, is non-trivial. @libreleah@mas.to so I guess it's not like #toybox where it should just be able to build with #LLVM statically against #musl… Sorry, I such at coding!
