"Brand new friend" - Lloyd Cole and the Commotions The song is a minimalist masterpiece, all autumn mists and encroaching gloom, but this stagecraft does no favours. Have they glued Lloyd's shoes to the floor? Can the Commotions not cause any commotion? Bizarrely static. #TOTP #LloydCole
