@evacide@hachyderm.io@eff@mastodon.social is a great org to establish caselaw regarding LLMs, willful negligence, and harms from false / damaging content. Hopefully they are positioning themselves with this: 💬 "False quotations that misstate our positions damage the trust that the public and reputable media outlets have in us." (On another note: it would be nice if EFF did not say #hallucinating wrt an object which lacks conscious thought.)
