Bettiol’s love affair escape after a stage in cycling history
The Tuscan cyclist, 32, thus claims his third Italian victory in the pink race after those of Ballerini in Naples and Ganna’s masterpiece in the time trial in Massa. A stage that started from the cycling cities, Alessandria, ends in celebration. To celebrate the Giro d'Italia, they’ve organized a ride: from the Borsalino Museum to the Moccagatta Stadium, passing through the ACdB Museum, an acronym for Alessandria City of Bicycles. The museum is a collection of emotions because it recounts the long love story of this land with bicycles, cycling, and its champions.
