I didn't *mean* to have an aggressive arm day, but I upped the weights on the hammer curls after switching the order of some exercises around and had an amazing one. I think it's time to up the weight on the skull crushers to 90lbs and I'm rather nervous about, well, crushing my skull with it. Last strength workout before the Spartan 10k this weekend. #gairdyFlex

I got my run in while it was only 70°F out and I am drenched. Ewww. Cardio: ✅ Did not die: ✅ Success: 🎉 #gairdyFlex

Gave the elbow a whole week (a whole week!) to recover and it mostly behaved and I got a great arm day in! #gairdyFlex
