On Lewd servers, an arcadion winner may be challenged for a rematch by other players.
Unlike regular arcadions, this challenge takes the form of a sex battle.
The challenged player cannot refuse and begins the match under the effects of a gradually intensifying aphrodisiac debuff.
Three internal ejaculations result in defeat.
Sex battles are exclusively streamed online for high-tier monthly members. They are immensely popular because they expose even the strongest challengers to humiliating defeat and violation in these matches, allowing viewers to witness the powerful arcadion players' sexual encounters.
