bike civics talk
Sent my city council a message of support for a measure to amend the municipal code to clarify that 'do not park in bike lanes' means all 4 classes of bike lanes.
The California state law only specifies the first class of bike lane.
You can read the proposed changes here https://alameda.legistar.com/LegislationDetail.aspx?ID=8132799&GUID=2805491D-57F7-4CB8-B067-84178BFA4C60&FullText=1
